The City of New Haven (City) recently acquired this two bedroom unit and will be accepting sealed bids through the Livable City Initiative located at 165 Church Street (City Hall) third floor. The property is a three family house that was converted to three condominium units. We are only selling our unit (Unit C) which is the third floor of the property.

The City of New Haven would like to sell this unit as an owner occupied unit with a 5 year occupancy deed restriction. The unit is in good condition and requires minimal updating prior to occupancy.
